1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the American Muay Thai application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

American Muay Thai is a mobile application that provides:

• Muay Thai training videos and educational content
• A gym finder to locate Muay Thai training facilities
• Community features to connect with other practitioners
• News and updates about the Muay Thai community

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
• Promotes violence or dangerous activities

5. Content Moderation Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy: American Muay Thai maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any content or behavior that violates our community standards will result in immediate action, including content removal and account termination.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Violence, threats, or promotion of dangerous activities
• Spam, fraud, or misleading information
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities

Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Removal of the offending content
• Warning the user
• Temporary suspension of account
• Permanent account termination

Blocking: Users have the ability to block other users. When you block a user, their content is immediately hidden from your feed, and we are notified to review the blocked user's activity.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these policies at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use automated systems or bots

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by American Muay Thai and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for third-party content and do not endorse any third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Training Disclaimer: The training content in this App is for educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified instructor before attempting any techniques. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of training content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERICAN MUAY THAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Muay Thai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
